Artwork Requirements – Please Read

File Format: PNG with a true transparent background is strongly recommended.
Resolution: 300 DPI at the intended print size is recommended.
Sizing: Verify each design's dimensions before submitting.
Backgrounds: White or unwanted backgrounds will print if not removed.
DO NOT MIRROR: Our printing software automatically mirrors your artwork.
Fine Details: Very small lettering, thin lines, and intricate details may not print or adhere properly.

SVG & AI Files: These formats may cause compatibility issues, including font substitutions, unexpected resizing, or altered design elements. Customers assume responsibility for issues caused by alternative file formats.

Print Quality & Customer Responsibility

What you create is what we print!

Your completed gang sheet is printed according to the layout and artwork you approve in the builder.

Please review all designs for correct spelling, sizing, resolution, transparency, and placement before checkout.

Pixlie Press does not automatically edit, enhance, remove backgrounds, or correct artwork.
Low-quality or improperly prepared files may result in blurry, pixelated, or imperfect prints.
Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors due to CMYK printing and display differences.
For large orders, we recommend purchasing a sample transfer first.

Pixlie Press is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork or layouts. Refunds or free replacements are not provided for issues originating from submitted files.

Copyright & Artwork Ownership

By uploading artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have permission or appropriate commercial licensing to reproduce it.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork does not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. Pixlie Press reserves the right to refuse or cancel potentially infringing orders.

Important Order Information

All transfers are custom printed to order. Please review your completed sheet and quantities carefully before checkout.

DTF transfers only — apparel is not included. Transfers arrive uncut and unpressed. Proper application and garment care are essential for best results.

Refunds or replacements are not available for customer-submitted artwork errors or application mistakes. This does not affect claims involving printing defects or mistakes made by Pixlie Press.
