Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Custom items, including DTF prints, custom apparel, sublimation products, and handmade items, may require additional processing time depending on order size and current workload.
- ✨ Epoxy Items: Current turnaround time is 2–3 weeks. Updates will be communicated as needed.
If you need your order sooner, please purchase the Rush Order Add-On and contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Rush Orders
Rush processing moves your order to the front of the production queue.
Please email manastarcreations22@gmail.com before placing your rush order to ensure your order can be completed within your requested time frame.
Rush processing speeds up production time only and does not change shipping carrier delivery times.

Shipping Time

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
ManaStar Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in locating it with the carrier.

Local pickup may be available for customers in the Wenatchee Valley area. If you would like to arrange local pickup, please contact us before placing your order.
