2. Email Your Artwork: Send your order number, print-ready PNG files, desired dimensions, and quantities for each design to hello@pixliepress.com.

3. We Gang It! We'll arrange your artwork into an efficient gang sheet layout to maximize available space and determine the total length needed.

5. We Print! Once your layout is approved and your invoice is paid, we'll print your transfers, ready for you to cut and press!

Important Information

• All artwork MUST be print-ready before submission.

• This is a gang sheet layout service, NOT a custom design or artwork editing service.

• Artwork must be submitted as PNG files with true transparent backgrounds, preferably 300 DPI at the intended print size.

• DO NOT MIRROR your artwork. Our software handles that automatically.

• All gang sheets are 12.5" wide.

• Please provide the exact sizes (width or height) and quantities needed for each design. If only one dimension is provided, the design will be sized proportionally using its longest side.

• Background removal, image enhancement, resizing of low-resolution artwork, and artwork corrections are NOT included.

• The final gang sheet length and printing cost depend on the number, size, and arrangement of your designs.

• The $15 layout fee is nonrefundable once work has begun, even if you choose not to proceed with printing.

Artwork & Customer Responsibility

What you send is what we print!

All submitted artwork must be print-ready. This means your designs should be properly sized, high-resolution, and have true transparent backgrounds with no unwanted pixels, backgrounds, or artifacts.

AI-generated artwork, including designs created with ChatGPT, is NOT automatically print-ready and may require additional preparation before submission.

Low-resolution images, unwanted backgrounds, tiny details, and other file-related issues may affect print quality. Printed colors may also vary slightly from screen colors.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their artwork and approving the final layout before printing, as well as ensuring they have the necessary rights or permissions to reproduce submitted designs.

Refunds or free replacements are not provided for errors originating from customer-supplied artwork, incorrect sizing information, or approved layouts. This does not affect claims involving mistakes made by Pixlie Press.

Before You Order

After purchasing this service, please email hello@pixliepress.com with:

• Your order number

• Your print-ready PNG artwork

• The desired print dimensions for each design

• The quantity needed for each design

Please note: Your $15 purchase covers the layout service only. Your completed gang sheet will be invoiced separately based on the actual sheet length required. Printing will not begin until your layout is approved and your printing invoice is paid.

Incomplete submissions or artwork that is not print-ready may delay your order.

DTF transfers only — apparel is not included. Printed transfers arrive uncut and unpressed.

You send it. We gang it. You press it! 💜
