Artwork Requirements – Please Read

• File Format: PNG with a true transparent background.

• Resolution: 300 DPI at the intended print size is recommended.

• Sizing: Your completed file must match the gang sheet dimensions selected.

• Backgrounds: White or unwanted backgrounds will print if not removed.

• DO NOT MIRROR: Our printing software automatically mirrors your artwork.

• Fine Details: Extremely small text, thin lines, and intricate details may not print or adhere properly.

SVG & AI Files: These formats may cause compatibility issues, including font changes, resizing, or altered design elements. PNG files are strongly recommended. If alternative formats are accepted, customers assume responsibility for file-related issues.

Print Quality & Customer Responsibility

What you upload is what we print!

Please carefully review all artwork, spelling, sizing, resolution, transparency, and placement before submitting your order.

• Artwork is printed as submitted. Editing, resizing, background removal, and file corrections are not included.

• Low-resolution or improperly prepared artwork may result in blurry, pixelated, or imperfect prints.

• Printed colors may vary slightly from screen colors due to CMYK printing and differences in display settings.

• We recommend ordering a sample before placing large or bulk orders.

Pixlie Press is not responsible for errors originating from customer-supplied artwork. Refunds or free replacements are not provided for artwork-related issues present in the submitted file.

Copyright & Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own the design or have the necessary permissions or commercial licensing to reproduce it. Customers are responsible for ensuring their artwork does not infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Pixlie Press reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders containing potentially infringing artwork.

Important Order Information

All transfers are custom printed to order. Please verify your artwork, sheet size, and quantity before checkout.

DTF transfers only — apparel is not included. Transfers arrive uncut and unpressed. Proper heat pressing and garment care are essential for lasting results.

Because transfers are custom-made, refunds or replacements are not available for customer-submitted artwork errors or application mistakes. This does not affect claims involving printing defects or mistakes made by Pixlie Press.
