Refund policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. Because many of our items are custom made, please review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized items are final sale.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom DTF prints

  • Custom apparel

  • Sublimation items

  • Personalized products

  • Made-to-order items

Because these items are created specifically for you, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on custom orders once production has begun.

Order Accuracy

Please make sure all order details, including sizes, colors, spelling, artwork files, and shipping address, are correct before submitting your order.

ManaStar Creations is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.

Print File Quality

For orders where customers provide their own artwork or files:

ManaStar Creations is not responsible for low-quality prints caused by low-resolution, pixelated, or improperly formatted artwork submitted by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet started.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier issues once the order has been handed off to the shipping provider. However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier if needed.
